Secretary fulltime (Farnham, Surrey)


The key function of the role is to provide an efficient secretarial and administrative service to the partners and their managers whilst maintaining a high standard of accuracy and quality at all times. Typical duties will include audio and copy typing long form and short form documents taking client calls and relaying concise and accurate messages to the partners ensuring that partners have the relevant files and that they are up to date prior to client meetings providing refreshments for client meetings. Opening new files sending out statutory paperwork and ensuring this is followed up. Manage all filing in accordance with the firms processes and procedures (paper electronic. Liaise with all departments ensuring relevant transfer of information to all interested parties. Diary management. Print progress sheets and print bills. As part of the secretarial team open scan and circulate post frank outgoing post and share reception duties to cover the receptionists lunch breaks short term holidays and unforeseen absence. Candidate must have 5 Gcses or equivalent including English. In addition they must be able to touch type and have experience of audio and copy typing (qualification desirable. Intermediate Ms Word Excel skills and the ability to run mail merge and extract data from databases is also a requirement. Salary £24000 annum Healthcare. Pension. Free Parking
