Administration Assistant (Liverpool, Merseyside)


Our large public sector client based in Liverpool Merseyside is looking for a temporary full time Receptionist Administrator to commence work as soon as possible. The hours of work are 37.5 per week working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm at a pay rate of £7.00 9.00 per hour depending on experience. The main responsibility of the role is dealing with the majority of the paperwork on the hospital ward department. Duties involve Meeting and greeting patients and visitors to the ward Dealing with queries in person and over the phone also directing calls Updating patient databases with doctor nurse notes including vital statistics Processing forms including discharge transfer papers adhering to hospital policies and procedures Organising transport to and from the ward or hospital All general clerical duties as required The successful candidate will Hold a current valid enhanced Crb check dated within the last 6 months this is essential Have excellent previous experience of working in a similar environment A good telephone manner with excellent interpersonal skills Be proficient in the use of It systems and Ms Office packages Have excellent data entry skills with good attention to detail Have an understanding of medical terminology Be flexible with regards to the working environment Salary £7.00 9.00 hour
