Experienced Tcm Acupuncture Practitioner Required We are looking for a self motivated and enthusiastic part time Tcm doctor acupuncture practitioner to join our highly regarded practice with a modern approach in the Central Shires Midlands on a temporary basis with the prospect of increased hours and permanency for the right candidate. You need to be familiar with all theoretical and practical aspects of acupuncture and Tcm with several years of solid experience and good references to match our expectations Skills You will need to be competent in Pulse and tongue diagnosis Acupuncture Tui-Na massage (together with cupping moxibustion and medical herbalism preferred) and be experienced in treating patients with all types of general conditions by way of acupuncture manipulation techniques and clinical therapeutic massage etc to relieve pain discomfort and or restore body functions to optimum balance. Able to work independently with strong drive a positive attitude and a fast learner Initiative meticulous good interpersonal skills team effort spirit and ability to multi-task. Excellent communication English spoken written language and patient relationship skills. Business and clinical acumen. Computer Literate. Able to commence work within short notice period Immediately availability for interview. Qualifications Experience You will require professional acupuncture and medical clinical skills to a very high standard with several years working experience. A degree or equivalent in acupuncture Tcm or equivalent will be required Membership of Acupuncture Organisations -Atcm or with BacC (both) preferred. Applicants should have permanent residence in this country Fluent in English sufficiently to be able to converse in detail to their patients about their conditions and treatments (and be at ease willing to learn used modern communications such as online appointments text messaging emailing etc) You should be willing and able to work consistently according to Council other regulations company policies and work well and be content under pressure with a cheerful approach even in the face of hard times You should be able to keep complete medical records (in english) in the strictest of confidence and also be willing and able to support the business (while not in treatments) in meeting company revenue targets and with day to day ad hoc office and marketing book-keeping tasks as required Working Hours 9.30 6.00 pm -3 days per week to be advised Some late evenings some Saturdays in rotation Salary Benefits Salary benefits negotiable dependent on hours and experience bonus structure available for outside referrals following.
