Our client a legal firm in Reading town centre is seeking an office administrator Receptionist to join their well established team. you will be required to provide general administrative support to the fee-earning and secretarial teams as well as manning the switchboard meeting and greeting visitors and providing hospitality -Good communicator at all levels both written and verbal with experience of dealing with external customers and suppliers -Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills working on own initiative -Attention to detail and the ability to carry out admin tasks at both basic and more complex levels -solid Microsoft office skills particularly Word and Outlook basic Excel is desirable but not essential. Salary £18000 19000 annum Pension23days holidaybonus
