Job Functions / Responsibility:
The person will be responsible for the following activities.
The ideal candidate must have 4 - 5 years of solid experience in developing enterprise applications on Java based platforms.
Technical knowledge about EJB, Struts, Tiles, Hibernate, JSF, JDBC, AJAX technologies and Crystal Reports.
Familiar with web technologies like Servlets, JSP, JDBC, XML, JavaScript and Reporting.
Server Application/Database development / design / integration.
Person will be managing projects on their own and collaborating with members of the design team.
Strong OO capabilities, best practices, process, design patterns.
Diagnose complex technology issues and provide solutions.
Work with internal User department. Implementation team, product management team and support teams to architect technical solutions to their satisfaction.
Technical thought leadership and knowledge transfer experience.
Demonstrates leadership in management of work streams.
Able to prioritize activities and deliverables across multiple work streams.
Significant experience of complete project lifecycle for a large enterprise solution delivery projects. Scope, requirements, design, build, test, roll-out.
Work as a key member of the development team.
Must have task management/priority setting & effective coordination capabilities.
Education / Qualifications:
Bachelor/Masters Degree in Computer Sciences (4 Years) from Good reputed HEC recognized university.
Experience:
More than 4 years of experience. Excellent compensation package to attract the best.
Personal, IT & Communication Skills:
Must possess strong analytical skills, critical & creative thinking and problem solving skills.
Knowledge relevant to the area in which analysis and coding is performed.
Good communication, writing & interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle large workload.
