Placement of AFOs will be made in the branches including Rural Areas & ACOs in the Regional Officer all over country. The candidates who fulfill the following eligibility criteria may apply.
a) Agriculture Field Officers (AFOs):
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification:- Bachelor’s/Master degree in Agriculture/Marie/Freshwater Biology/Veterinary/Agriculture Economics from Universities/.Institutions recognized by HEC with First Division (70% marks) or a minimum GPA of 3.0
Experience:- Candidates with 1 to 2 years relevant banking experience will be preferred.
Age:- Maximum 30 years
Domicile:- Candidates should have domicile of the region for which he has applied.
Motorcycle Driving License:- Must have a Valid Motorcycle Driving Licenseb)
Agriculture Credit Officers (ACOs):
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification:- MBA (Finance/Banking)from any HEC recognized University/Institution. Must have good command over MS Office
Experience:- Minimum 3 years experience in the relevant field
Age:- Maximum 35 yeas As per policy, all hiring in the organization is done on contractual basis initially for three years renewable with mutual consent.
Selected candidates will be offered compensation package according to market, communication with their qualification/experience and all fringe benefits including medical facility, house loan and car finance etc. the selected AFOs will be placed in the branches after imparting necessary training and ACO in the Regional Officers.
