Branch Managers
The incumbents are required to set up new branches in the above mentioned cities. They will be responsible for building solid, long-term customer relationships and deposit base as well as marketing Islamic banking products. The candidates must br graduate with minimum 5-6 years of relevant experience
Senior Relationship Manager
The incumbent are required to assist the branch managers in setting up new branches. They will be responsible for day-to-day operational activities and leading their teams in maintaining and growing their business portfolios. Services excellence should be their hallmark. The candidates must be graduates or equivalent with 3-4 years of similar experience and be focused on services excellence.
Relationship Manager
The incumbents are required to assist the senior relationship manager for routine branch activities. Experience in account opening, customer inquiry handling and other operational support is required. The right candidates should be graduate with minimum 1-2 years relevant experience in commercial banking.
Tellers/Cashiers The incumbents will report to the senior relationship managers and manage the cash affairs of the branch in line with SBP’s regulations and DIBL’s policies. The right candidates should be bankers with bachelor’s degree and minimum 1-2 years relevant experience.
Executive Secretaries (Female Only) The Bank is looking for experienced executive secretaries. The candidates must be proficient in MS Office and internet and be able to handle routine correspondence independently. They must be willing to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
All candidates must be computer literate and willing to relocate anywhere I Pakistan. Good oral and written skills in English language are essential for all posts.
